TOP FEATURES

As the name suggests, this is a “dual function home security bar”, meaning that it has two separate applications:

Firstly, the security bar can be used to secure a standard hinged door. In this case, the bar is simply wedged at an angle between the door handle and the floor so that the door cannot be opened whilst the hinged door security bar is in place.

Secondly, the patio door security bar can also be used to secure a sliding patio door. In this case, the sliding door security bar is adjusted to the required length (to suit the width of the door) and is positioned between the closed door and the frame of the sliding door so that the door cannot be slid open whilst the sliding door security bar is in place.
